OREANDA-NEWS. July 13, 2010. Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) released at its website changes and supplements to a charter of Almaty-based Kazkommertsbank at http://www.kase.kz/files/emitters/KKGB/kkgbu_izm_240610.pdf, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The changes and supplements were approved at AGM of Kazkommertsbank on May 24, 2010 and agreed with the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of financial market and financial organizations on June 21, 2010.

Kazkommertsbank issued a notification to justice agencies on the amendments made in the charter on June 23, 2010.

In accordance with the Instruction on state registration of companies and registration of branches and representative offices approved with order of the Kazakhstan Justice Ministry on April 12, 2007 No. 112 (as edited on February 24, 2010), the changes and supplements are not subject to registration with a justice agency and are effective on the date of approval.
