OREANDA-NEWS. July 13, 2010. KazTransCom (Almaty, hereafter - the company), listing on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with copies of registered changes and supplements to the issue prospectus of indexed to devaluation of tenge to dollar bonds KZ2CKY07A834 (KASE, first subcategory of Non-rated debt securities; KZTCb1; KZT1, KZT3.0 bn; 25.07.03 - 25.07.10, semiannual coupon 8.00 % APR; 30/360) and certificate on state registration of bonds dated July 1, 2010 replacing the one granted earlier, reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the documents:

- The Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of financial market and financial organizations (FSA) registered changes and supplements to the issue prospectus of the bonds;

- The certificate was replaced after the company had changed its location;

- The bond issue was registered with the State share register under No. А83.
