OREANDA-NEWS. July 16, 2010. The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) initiated an antimonopoly case against a pharmaceutical company "Novo Nordisk" Ltd. for the signs of violating Part 1 Article 10 of the Federal Law "On Protection of Competition" (abusing market dominance), reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

FAS Russia suspects that the pharmaceutical company violated the law by refusing and evading contracts with individual buyers without any economic or technological justification and creating discriminatory conditions for potential partners in comparison with existing partners of the company which have results or/ and can result in restricting competition and infringing the interests of other people.

The case will be examined on 11th August 2010.
