OREANDA-NEWS. July 19, 2010. In the Nekrasovskoe village, which is mainly intended for resettled residents from the Imereti lowland, where the land is withdrawn for the purpose of the Olympic construction, 102 individual houses are commissioned and ready for moving in.

The dwellers have by now been provided with all necessary conditions for moving in. State registration of the right of ownership of the residential premises has been finished and the dwellers have received the required certificates. In accordance with the previously signed agreements, the ownership transfer process is currently underway.

All the new individual houses have been provided with the modern engineering infrastructure, including sewerage and gas-distributing systems, power and water supply systems. Proper landscaping and provision of urban amenities have been established in the village. The living conditions in Nekrasovskoe will be considerably better than those in the Imereti lowland, where there is no central gas, water supply and sewerage at the moment.

All the houses are monolithic with reinforced concrete foundations and exterior decoration, as well as with complete or partial interior decoration that was provided at the owner’s option. In addition to that, each house comes with a plot of land.
