OREANDA-NEWS. October 01, 2010. Belarus’ JSC Lidskoe Pivo brewery, based in the Grodno Region, reported a 13.3% increase in output to 3.81 million decaliters in January-August 2010, a representative in the administration of the company told.

In August, beer output amounted to 599,900 decaliters, up 16% on the year.

Beer offering in plastic bottles increased 8.6% to 2.906 million decaliters, in glass bottles increased 23.2% to 629,800 decaliters and in kegs rose 37.4% to 240,400 decaliters. Beer production in cans reached 33,500 decaliters.

Supplies to the domestic market went up 10.6% on the year to 3.455 million decaliters.

JSC Lidskoe Pivo exports amounted to 372,800 decaliters, up 150% on the year.

JSC Lidskoe Pivo accounted for 14.1% of the Belarusian beer output in January-August.
