OREANDA-NEWS. February 07, 2011. The transaction turnover in January 2011 amounted to Br 3 833.90 billion (Br 13 057.04 billion in December 2010). The January trade volume decreased 70.6 % compared to December.

USD 681.96 million, RUB 6 549.94 million, EUR 279.08 million and other currency amounting to Br 15.47 billion in equivalent were sold at the trades.

The unit weight of foreign currency in the trade volume was USD – 53.5 %, RUB –17.2%, EUR –28.9 %, and other currencies –0.4 %.

Average daily transaction volume amounted to USD 35.89 million, RUB 436.66 million and                      EUR 13.95 million.

January quotations changed as follows: RUB plus0.44 points, USD plus31.00 points, EUR – 70.00 points.
