OREANDA-NEWS. July 21, 2011. Over the first six months of 2011 Ilim Group locations in the Northwest of Russia (the Company's Branch in Koryazhma and Ilim Gofra corrugated board plant in Leningrad Oblast) have manufactured 530,000 of pulp and paper products. This is 8% above the performance during similar period in 2010.

This includes 176,000 tons of market pulp, which is a 11% percent increase as compared to January-June 2010.

Market containerboard production has reached 247,000 tons, having gained 5%.

Paper production increased reaching 107,000 tons, which is 9% more than in the first six months of 2010. This includes 37,000 tons of sack paper, 50,000 tons of offset paper and 20,000 tons of paper for wallpaper manufacturing purposes.

Pulp cooking has grown by 8% to 554,000 tons.

Wood supplies to the Koryazhma Branch achieved 2,268,000 m3, which is 5% more than in January-June of the previous year.

JSC  Ilim Gofra have manufactured 59,060,000 of products (corrugated board and boxes), increasing the production by 33%.
