OREANDA-NEWS. August 3, 2011. The retail turnover (including VAT) of the leader of retail apparel market in Lithuania and the Baltic States Apranga Group has made LTL 35.8 million (EUR 10.4 million) in July 2011, and has increased 13.0% in comparison to July 2010.

In January through July 2011 the retail turnover of Apranga Group (including VAT) has made LTL 216.6 million (EUR 62.7 million), and has increased 12.1% year-to-year.

In January through July 2011 the retail turnover of Apranga Group in Lithuania increased 10.1% year-to-year, in Latvia increased 11.1% and in Estonia increased 25.8%.

Currently Apranga Group operates the chain of 116 stores covering an area of 63.3 thousand sq. m. The stores area reduced by 2.1% during the year.

In August 2011 Apranga Group will open 3 new stores: "Massimo Dutti" in Vilnius, "Marina Rinaldi" in Vilnius and "Promod" in Tartu. Also in August opens the door fully reconstructed “Apranga” chain store in Riga, shopping centre “Domina”.

Shares of Apranga are listed on Baltic equity list on NASDAQ OMX Vilnius Stock Exchange. Majority shareholder of Apranga Group is concern MG Baltic.
