Just a few days earlier Transaero had added one more Boeing-757-400 with capacity of 522 chairs to its park of aircrafts. New plane built up the airline's position of the largest park of long-distance wide-body aircrafts in Russia, CIS countries and Eastern Europe. So today Transaero owns 67 planes: 17 Boeings 747, 8 Boeings 777, 13 Boeings 767, 26 Boeings 737 and 3 TU-214. The airline is not going to stop here.

Olga Pleshakova, CEO at the Transaero, asserts: "Extension and update of the Transaero's park of aircrafts is in progress in full compliance with our plans. New generation aircrafts will be added to the park of medium-distance planes of the company. Modern Boeing-737-800 NG, which has arrived today, is the illustration of that. The program of supply of new long-distance wide-body aircrafts is successfully implemented. We are expecting arrival of new Boeings-777-300 this fall. Transaero will be the first company to operate these aircrafts in the Russian Federation. These initiatives will boost development of the Transaero far ahead of the industry average and will enable the company to offer services of ever improving quality".
