The client enters www.facebook.com/BankStandard.KB page and he/she is offered to switch to Online Consultant 24/7 section. In this section, the client can ask any question which he/she is interested in and immediately get an answer to that question from bank’s consultants.

The messaging only occurs between client and bank’s staff and other users can not see it.
