OREANDA-NEWS. February 10, 2012. The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) found that “OK RUSAL – Trading House” OJSC violated Clause 8 Part 1 Article 10 of the Federal Law “On Protection of Competition”, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

“OK RUSAL – Trading House” OJSC violated the law by refusing to supply grade KR-1 silicon to “Permtsvermet” OJSC in August – November 2010 despite a valid contract, requests for supplying goods at the agreed prices and a possibility to supply the goods.

FAS Commission concluded that persistently failing to honor requests of “Permtsvermet” OJSC, “OK RUSAL – Trading House” OJSC violated the antimonopoly law.
