OREANDA-NEWS. February 10, 2012. The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) found that OK RUSAL Trading House OJSC violated Clause 8 Part 1 Article 10 of the Federal Law On Protection of Competition, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

OK RUSAL Trading House OJSC violated the law by refusing to supply grade KR-1 silicon to Permtsvermet OJSC in August November 2010 despite a valid contract, requests for supplying goods at the agreed prices and a possibility to supply the goods.

FAS Commission concluded that persistently failing to honor requests of Permtsvermet OJSC, OK RUSAL Trading House OJSC violated the antimonopoly law.
