OREANDA-NEWS. February 17, 2012. JSC “36.6” to announce the appointment of Marina Penkova the post of Deputy CEO of “36.6” from January 2012. Marina Penkova will combine work in the new position to work as CEO of OJSC “Veropharm”.

Marina Penkova has been heading OJSC Veropharm since January 2008. Before that, she worked as the First Deputy to the General Director, the Financial Director of the Company.

Marina Penkova is responsible for the workout and implementation of the Company’s development strategy as the pharmaceutical manufacturer complying with the best international standards in the field of manufacture, quality of production, ecology, industrial safety, and corporate governance.

Ms. Penkova’s professional career is connected with the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to her employment with Veropharm, she worked in various executive positions at ZAO FTK Vremya, which is part of Pharmacy Chain 36.6 group, and became its head in 2000.

She has a diploma of an economist engineer. In 2006, she was awarded the Master of Business Administration (MBA) diploma in Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship from the Academy of National Economy at the Government of the Russian Federation.
