OREANDA-NEWS. February 17, 2012. Exhibitions became traditional events for capital of Uzbekistan. Business to Business exhibitions, especially, are becoming more popular among specialists as these events help them to familiarize with latest achievements.

As a tradition, main construction and interior exhibition – UzBuild – will open exhibition season of ITE Uzbekistan. This year, the exhibition will also kick off new project Aqua-Therm Tashkent.

For construction industry professionals, UzBuild is the most awaited event, which is attended by leading companies from around the globe. Expansion of the exhibition topic due to new project makes it more attractive. Only furniture exhibition of Uzbekistan - MebelExpo Uzbekistan – will be also organized within the building exhibitions.

The exhibitions will be open from 28 February to 2 March 2012 and will be located at two pavilions of Uzexpocenter.

Food industry and agriculture sector are main topics of WorldFood and AgroWorld Uzbekistan exhibitions. Both events are popular among specialists of food and agriculture industries.

The events will take place on 3-5 April 2012. The exhibitions will be also held at two premises of Uzexpocenter.

April is a month of medical exhibitions “Week of Healthcare of Uzbekistan – TIHE”. This year, the week will present such medical exhibitions as “Healthcare – TIHE”, Stomatology Uzbekistan, and Pharmacy/Pharmtech Central Asia. Each year TIHE expands its borders and becomes platform for business and professional meetings of producers of medical equipment and medicaments and practicing specialists. The Healthcare Week will be held on 24-27 April at Uzexpocenter.

May introduces changes to calendar of industrial forums. ITE Uzbekistan said that it slightly changes schedule of several exhibitions. Main block of industrial exhibitions will be held in spring. This decision was adopted to improve efficiency of industrial exhibitions.

On 15-17 May, Uzexpocenter will host such events as Oil and Gas Uzbekistan – OGU, Power Uzbekistan, and Central Asian Industrial Week, which was moved from autumn to spring. The week will unite such exhibitions as MiningWorld Uzbekistan, Machinery Central Asia, UzComak, TransUzbekistan, Auto&Parts Uzbekistan, Chemie Uzbekistan, Plastex Uzbekistan and CAIPS.
