Each of seven nominations was assessed by not less than 10 experts. The biggest competition was among the company chief executive officers (51 candidates), the smallest competition was among IT Directors (16 people).

The candidates for the "Dream Team" were determined by the following criteria: professionalism and experience of the candidate, efficiency of managing an organizational unit or a company, availability of the strategy, successfully implemented projects, ability to make non-standard decisions, as well as authority among colleagues and major achievements.
