OREANDA-NEWS. February 27, 2012. Sviaz-Bank’s branch in Perm has entered into a General Agreement with NOVOGOR-Prikamie LLC on a revolving framework credit line, with a debt limit of 500 million rubles, to be opened for a drawdown period of two years to increase the borrower’s working capital, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

The first tranche of 150 million rubles has been disbursed under the General Agreement just signed.

NOVOGOR-Prikamie, or New Urban Infrastructure of Prikamie Limited Liability Company, is the biggest utility operator in Perm Territory that provides urban dwellers with resources and services, such as running water, sewage, generation and delivery of heat energy, and transmission of electric power. The company is controlled by Russian Utility Systems OJSC.
