DIXY Group (RTS, MICEX: DIXY) - one of Russia's leading retailers of foods and everyday products - has announced consolidated revenue (including Victoria Group revenue from the acquisition date on 15 June 2011) growth of 88.2% in Russian rubles for January of 2012 (79.9% in US dollars) over the same period last year, and main format DIXY neighborhood stores revenue growth of 31.3% in Russian rubles (25.2% in US dollars).

For January of 2012 the Company opened 8 new DIXY neighborhood stores. As of January 31, 2012, the Group operated 1,126 stores, including 1,076 neighborhood stores, 31 supermarkets, 18 compact hypermarkets and cash&carry store.

DIXY Group total revenue for January of 2012 amounted to 11.0 billion RUR (347.6 million USD).

DIXY Group total consolidated revenue (including Victoria Group revenue from the acquisition date on 15 June 2011) increased by 88.2% in RUR (79.9% in USD) over the same period last year.

DIXY Group total pro-forma revenue (including Victoria Group revenue from the beginning of the last year of 2011) for January of 2012 increased by 17.8% in RUR (12.5% in USD) over the same period last year.

Main format DIXY neighborhood stores revenue for January 2012 amounted to 6.6 billion RUR (209.0 million USD) - the revenue increased by 31.1% in in RUR (25.2% in USD) over the same period last year.

For January of 2012 over the same period of last year:

•           Retail revenue from neighborhood store format increased by 70.5% in RUR (62.8% in USD) and amounted to RUR 8.6 billion (USD 271.8 million).

•           Retail revenue from supermarket format increased by 713.8% in RUR (676.9% in USD) and amounted to RUR 1.4 billion (USD 45.6 million).

•           Retail revenue from hypermarket format increased by 31.5% in RUR (25.5% in USD) and amounted to RUR 769 million (USD 24.4 million).

•           Retail revenue from cash&carry store (consolidated only in 2011) amounted to RUR 68 million (USD 2.2 million).

•           Consolidated revenue from other DIXY Group activities, such as sublease income and wholesale revenue, increased by 217.6% in RUR (203.2% in USD) and amounted to RUR 144.3 million (USD 4.6 million).

2. DIXY Group pro-forma revenue by format (including Victoria Group revenue from the beginning of the last year of 2011)

For January of 2012 over the same period of 2011:

•           Retail revenue from neighborhood store format increased by 17.3% in RUR (12.0% in USD) and amounted to RUR 8.6 billion (USD 272 million).

•           DIXY stores retail revenue increased by 31.1% in RUR (25.2% in USD) and amounted to RUR 6.6 billion (USD 209 million).

•           Retail revenue from Kvartal/Deshevo/Semeynaya Kopilka stores decreased by 13.1% in RUR (17.1% in USD) and amounted to RUR 2.0 billion (USD 63 million).

•           Retail revenue from supermarket format increased by 16.2% in RUR (10.9% in USD) and amounted to RUR 1.2 billion (USD 39 million).

•           Retail revenue from Victoria supermarkets increased by 16.7% in RUR (11.4% in USD) and amounted to RUR 1.2 billion (USD 39 million).

•           Retail revenue from MINIMART supermarkets increased by 12.8% in RUR (7.7% in USD) and amounted to RUR 199 million (USD 6 million).

•           Retail revenue from hypermarket format (MEGAMART stores) increased by 31.5% in RUR (25.5% in USD) and amounted to RUR 769 million (USD 24 million).

•           Retail revenue from cash&carry store CASH decreased by 10.7% in RUR (14.8% in USD) and amounted to RUR 68 million (USD 2 million).

•           Pro-forma revenue from other DIXY Group activities, such as sublease income and wholesale revenue, increased by 18.6% in RUR (13.2% in USD) and amounted to RUR 114 million (USD 4 million).
