OREANDA-NEWS. June 7, 2012. For the first time ever annual meeting of a Russian company was broadcasted in Internet in two languages Russian and English. Broadcast audience exceeded 15 thousand persons, among them 1,650 were English speaking persons. Over 60 journalists covered the meeting from Sberbanks press-center, 14 of them were from regional mass media.

The meeting approved annual report of the bank for 2011, annual accounting statement of the bank for 2011, recommendations of the Supervisory Board on distribution of dividends for 2011.

The meeting elected new composition of the Supervisory Board and Audit Commission of the Bank.
