OREANDA-NEWS. June 8, 2012. Arbitration Court of St.Petersburg and Leningrad oblast in December 14 of the last year has taken a decision about imposing a penalty of 35 mln.rub. on OJSC “Confectionary Factory named after N.K.Krupskaya” (new name of the company is "Orkla Brands Russia") according to the application from OJSC "Pecar" (total amount of the claims according to the plaintiff statement was more then  58 mln.rub). Not agreeing to this decision of the Arbitration Court Krupskaya factory appealed it at the Court of Appeal, that canceled decision of the court of the first instance on 13.02.2012. After this decision the plaintiff applied to the Court of Cassation with the request to  investigate which of the decisions from the Court of the first or of the second instance is the objective and well-grounded.  So today, on May 21,  2012 Federal Antimonopoly Services (FAS) North-West after considering the appeal of the plaintiff announced the decision of the Court of Appeal to be in power.  Thus, the economic dispute that lasted for about 10 months was solved in favor of Krupaksya factory, that is the branch of Orkla Brands Russia.
