OREANDA-NEWS. June 13, 2012. Aiming to increase the security of transactions conducted through bank cards and safekeeping of our customers' funds, Finance and Credit Bank began to install anti-skimming devices on all its cash machines to prevent unauthorised reading of card data.

The anti-skimming device has a special shape designed so as to protect the ATM from the possibility of affixing to it fraudulent PIN pad overlays that make it possible to obtain data recorded on the magnetic stripe of a card for their further criminal abuse. There will be 100 anti-skimming devices installed on ATMs located in the EURO-2012 host cities before the football tournament gets off the ground (Kyiv, Lviv, Kharkiv, Donetsk).

"The Bank takes every effort to enhance its customer care service, improves on security of cash withdrawal transactions in its cash machines and takes measures to prevent unforseen financial losses", – comments Sergii Grek, Head of ATM Acquiring Department of Finance and Credit Bank.
