We are most grateful for it to bank’s employees, because namely them, while communicating with customers, friends or family, shape opinion about our bank. The fact that employees consider SEB as the dream employer shows that they are proud of working at SEB”, said Raimondas Kvedaras, President of SEB Bank in Lithuania, welcoming the elections results.

“Valuing our people and creating a great place to work is one of the priorities of SEB’s corporate sustainability. It is impossible to implement this goal overnight as it is a long, complex task requiring a lot of team work, and in the process we have to do a lot of work. It is exciting to find out that we move on in the right direction. The most attractive employer’s title for the 4th year in a row primarily means that despite all the challenges that we meet in uncertain market conditions, we create environment where each team member feels important, needed and motivated.
