OREANDA-NEWS. June 20, 2012. Wizz Air, the largest low-fare, low-cost airline in Central and Eastern Europe, announced today its two new Ambassadors for Wizz Air in Lithuania. The Wizz Ambassador program recognizes the excellent service provided by outstanding flight attendants and over 12,000 Lithuanian passengers and visitors voted to decide which flight attendants should be ambassadors for both Wizz Air’s excellent passenger service and Lithuanian hospitality.

Among 8 Lithuanian finalists the winners are Marija Masidlauskaite (21) from Klaipeda and Deividas Bendzius (19) from Jurbarkas. Deividas is the first male Wizz Ambassador in Europe and both Jurbakas and Deividas will represent Wizz Air and Lithuanian hospitality across the 9 countries connected to Vilnius by Wizz Air’s low fares.

“I am proud to offer a smile on behalf of my country and on behalf of Wizz Air to all passengers I welcome on board. I love to be a flight attendant and I am excited that so many passengers voted for me to represent our core values of friendliness and hospitality”, said Marija.

“I still can’t believe that I was selected by our passengers to be the new Wizz Ambassador in Lithuania. I always try to do my best in my job and I am proud of the company I work with”, said Deividas.

“At Wizz Air we believe Lithuanian culture, gastronomy and hospitality are best shown by Lithuanian people, and we are pleased that over 12,000 Lithuanian passengers have now decided who will represent Lithuanian hospitality and Wizz Air’s superior service as Wizz Ambassadors. We wish Marija and Deividas best of luck in their new assignments. Passengers flying on Wizz Air to/from Lithuania can meet both Ambassadors on one of their flights and to celebrate these two new Lithuanian Ambassadors we released seats from just LTL47. Since seats at these very low prices are limited we urge passengers to book quickly at wizzair.com”, said Daniel de Carvalho, Corporate Communications Manager of Wizz Air.
