OREANDA-NEWS. June 20, 2012. Belarus’ OJSC Polotsk Beer will be incorporated by OJSC Belsolod malt provider by July 1, 2012, chief of Belgospischeprom Concern Ivan Danchenko told.

Belgospischeprom is Belarus’ state-owned food industries concern.

“At the moment, Belsolod controls a few farms and agribusiness enterprises. A decision has been made to include OJSC Polotsk Beer into the structure of OJSC Belsolod,” Danchenko said.

All formalities must be settled by July 1, 2012.

Until recently OJSC Polotsk Beer has been an affiliate of Minsk-based OJSC Krynitsa brewery.

Belsolod was established in 1989 and transformed into a joint stock company in 1996.
