DIXY Group (RTS, MICEX: DIXY) - one of Russia's leading retailers of foods and everyday products - has announced consolidated retail revenue growth (including Victoria Group revenue from the acquisition date on 15 June 2011) of 89.1% in Russian rubles for the five months of 2012 (80.1% in US dollars), retail consolidated revenue growth for May 2012 by 84.4% in Russian rubles (67.7% in US dollars).

For the five months of 2012 the Company opened 107 new stores. As of May 31, 2012, the Group operated 1,209 stores, including 1,157 neighborhood stores, 33 supermarkets, 18 compact hypermarkets and 1 cash&carry store.

DIXY Group total consolidated retail revenue for the five months of 2012 amounted to 58.2 billion RUR (1.9 billion USD).

DIXY Group total consolidated retail revenue (including Victoria Group revenue from the acquisition date on 15 June 2011) for the five months of 2012 increased by 89.1% in RUR (80.1% in USD). DIXY Group total consolidated retail revenue for May 2012 increased by 84.4% in RUR (67.7% in USD) over the same period last year. 3

DIXY Group total retail pro-forma revenue (including Victoria Group revenue from the beginning of the last year of 2011) for the five months of 2012 increased by 20.5% in RUR (14.7% in USD). DIXY Group total retail pro-forma revenue for May 2012 increased by 19.6% in RUR (8.7% in USD) over the same period last year.3

For the five months of 2012 over the same period of last year:

•           Retail revenue from neighborhood store format increased by 72.0% in RUR (63.8% in USD) and amounted to RUR 45.9 billion (USD 1.5 billion).

•           Retail revenue from supermarket format increased by 705.0% in RUR (666.6% in USD) and amounted to RUR 7.7 billion (USD 255.8 million).

•           Retail revenue from hypermarket format increased by 34.5% in RUR (28.1% in USD) and amounted to RUR 4.2 billion (USD 140.5 million).

•           Retail revenue from cash&carry store CASH (consolidated only in 2011) amounted to RUR 376.8 million (USD 12.5 million).

For May 2012 over the same period of last year:

Retail revenue from neighborhood store format increased by 68.6% in RUR (53.3% in USD) and amounted to RUR 9.6 billion (USD 314.3 million).

•           Retail revenue from supermarket format increased by 629.0% in RUR (562.6% in USD) and amounted to RUR 1.6 billion (USD 50.9 million).

•           Retail revenue from hypermarket format increased by 34.0% in RUR (21.8% in USD) and amounted to RUR 904.5 million (USD 29.5 million).

•           Retail revenue from cash&carry store (consolidated only in 2011) amounted to RUR 78.6 million (USD 2.6 million).

2. DIXY Group retail pro-forma revenue by format (including Victoria Group revenue from the beginning of the last year of 2011)

For the five months of 2012 over the same period of 2011:

•           Retail revenue from neighborhood store format increased by 19.6% in RUR (13.9% in USD) and amounted to RUR 45.9 billion (USD 1.5 billion).

•           DIXY stores retail revenue increased by 33.8% in RUR (27.4% in USD) and amounted to RUR 35.7 billion (USD 1.2 billion).

•           Retail revenue from Kvartal/Deshevo/Semeynaya Kopilka stores decreased by 12.7% in RUR (16.9% in USD) and amounted to RUR 10.2 billion (USD 337.4 million).

•           Retail revenue from supermarket format increased by 19.8% in RUR (14.1% in USD) and amounted to RUR 7.7 billion (USD 255.8 million).

•           Retail revenue from Victoria supermarkets increased by 21.1% in RUR (15.3% in USD) and amounted to RUR 6.6 billion (USD 219.9 million).

•           Retail revenue from MINIMART supermarkets increased by 12.9% in RUR (7.5% in USD) and amounted to RUR 1.0 billion (USD 35.9 million).

•           Retail revenue from hypermarket format (MEGAMART stores) increased by 34.5% in RUR (28.1% in USD) and amounted to RUR 4.2 billion (USD 140.5 million).

•           Retail revenue from cash&carry store CASH decreased by 2.5% in RUR (7.1% in USD) and amounted to RUR 376.8 million (USD 12.5 million).

For May 2012 over the same period of 2011:

• Retail revenue from neighborhood store format increased by 18.5% in RUR (7.7% in USD) and amounted to RUR 9.6 billion (USD 314.3 million).

•           DIXY stores retail revenue increased by 33.1% in RUR (21.0% in USD) and amounted to RUR 7.6 billion (USD 248.0 million).

•           Retail revenue from Kvartal/Deshevo/Semeynaya Kopilka stores decreased by 16.0% in RUR (23.7% in USD) and amounted to RUR 2.0 billion (USD 66.2 million).

•           Retail revenue from supermarket format increased by 19.8% in RUR (8.9% in USD) and amounted to RUR 1.6 billion (USD 50.9 million).

•           Retail revenue from Victoria supermarkets increased by 21.1% in RUR (10.1% in USD) and amounted to RUR 1.3 billion (USD 43.0 million).

•           Retail revenue from MINIMART supermarkets increased by 13.4% in RUR (3.1% in USD) and amounted to RUR 242.7 million (USD 7.9 million).

•           Retail revenue from hypermarket format (MEGAMART stores) increased by 34.0% in RUR (21.8% in USD) and amounted to RUR 904.5 million (USD 29.5 million).

•           Retail revenue from cash&carry store CASH increased by 8.5% in RUR (decreased by 1.3% in USD) and amounted to RUR 78.6 million (USD 2.6 million).
