DIXY Group (RTS, MICEX: DIXY) - one of Russia’s leading retailers of foods and everyday products - today announced consolidated revenue growth of 89.5% in RUR (77.1% in USD) for the first six months of 2012 compared to the same period last year, and consolidated revenue growth by 88.1% in Russian rubles (60.0% in US dollars) for June 2012.

For the first six months of 2012 the DIXY Group opened 184 stores, and, as of June 30, 2012, had 1,276 stores under operation, including 1,222 neighborhood stores, 35 supermarkets, 18 compact hypermarkets and 1 cash&carry store.

DIXY Group Total Consolidated Revenue

DIXY Group total consolidated revenue (including Victoria Group revenue from the acquisition date of June 15, 2011) increased to 70.9 billion RUR (2.3 billion USD) by 89.5% in RUR (77.1% in USD) for the first six months of 2012 compared to the same period last year. In June 2012, DIXY Group total consolidated revenue increased to 12.1 billion RUR (366.9 million USD) by 88.1% in RUR (60.0% in USD) year-on-year.

DIXY Group Total Pro-forma Revenue

DIXY Group total revenue for the first six months of 2012 increased by 20.7% in RUR (12.8% in USD) year-on-year on pro-forma basis (including Victoria Group revenue from the beginning of FY2011). In June 2012, DIXY Group total revenue increased by 22.2% in RUR (3.9% in USD) year-on-year on pro-forma basis.
