OREANDA-NEWS. August 24, 2012. The builders of TITAN-2 Holding have already laid more than 1,500 cubic metres of concrete into the first two concrete pours. To complete the floor slab concreting it is necessary to lay 2,800 more cubic meters  of concrete slurry.

At the construction site of the second power unit of Leningrad NPP the works related to concreting of the second pour for the turbine building floor slab have been completed.  The builders have laid over 750 cubic meters  of ready-mix-concrete at mark 15.90.

Currently, at the floor slab the two concrete pours have been finished, over 1,500 cubic metres of concrete slurry laid in them. Now the builders have to make two more pours into which 1,300  cubic meters of concrete will be laid.  When this work has been completed, the Holding specialists  will start erecting the walls of the turbine building up to mark 36.00

Prior to the end of 2012, the Holding's builders are supposed to finish construction works for all the turbine island buildings  at power unit No.1 of Leningrad NPP-2.
