OREANDA-NEWS. August 24, 2012. Delegation including special representative of the USA State Secretary on global inter-governmental cooperation Mrs. Reta Joe Lewis and representatives of the USA General Consulate in St. Petersburg visited Rakurs-engineering for acquaintance with projects of the most successful residents of the Neudorf Special Economic Zone. The visit was organized within the bounds of SEZ project presentation.

Andrey Misiul, Rakurs-engineering Executive Director shared with guests company’s plans and perspectives in SEZ connected with realization of control systems creation project for objects of power engineering.

According to Oleg Melnikov, head of “Special Econmic Zones” OJCS branch Rakurs-engineering will be the first resident to complete building at the site in Neudorf.

During the visit Mrs. Lewis was accompanied by Mr. James Carden, representative of the USA State Department on cooperation with Russia, and Mr. Steven Diminuko, special representative’s assistant, Mr. Aleksandr Khilkov, coordinator of Open World Program in Russia. The USA General Consulate was presented at the meeting by Mr. Bruce Terner, General Consul, Mrs. Mary Harrington, acting for Consul on economic and political issues, Mr. Alexey Gorodetskiy, Consul’s assistant on economic issues.

For its project realization Rakurs-engineering has been building its own scientific and technical centre with the total area 8,000 sq.m., the area of rent land plot is 1,08 hectares. Planned investments volume is 318,555 million rubles. By the present days the building frame has been completed, finishing works (roofing and outer glazing) have been performing.
