OREANDA-NEWS. September 24, 2012. The Bank of Moscow is increasing the number of self-service devices with the integrated "Personal Office" service. Around 50 ATMs equipped with expanded functionality have been launched in operation in Moscow and the Moscow Area.

All the holders of plastic cards issued by the Bank of Moscow assisted by the Personal Office have an opportunity to perform various transactions previously accessible in the Bank’s offices only. The client will only need a card and a PIN to perform transactions. The level of access to his/her accounts can be restricted by the client him/herself when the service is first used or by applying to the Bank’s branch.

The "Personal Office" service permits to make transfers between the client’s accounts and to credit his/her accounts/deposits. The Personal Office will also permit to connect to the WEB-Banking system of the Bank of Moscow without a need to apply to the Bank’s office.

"Remote services are gradually becoming the key trend of bank retail business development. Expanding ATM functionality opens up new prospects for clients in transacting their day-to-day operations without assistance from the Bank’s personnel", commented Stanislav Vavak, Director of the Remote Service and Sales Department of the Bank of Moscow.
