OREANDA-NEWS. Twelve reliable electricity consumers in the town of Vuhledar (Donetsk region) received gifts from DTEK Energougol ENE: microwave ovens, TV sets, electric kettles, and irons. This is the company’s way of rewarding its clients for timely and full payment for consumed electricity.

Starting from 2010, each year, DTEK Energougol ENE has been rewarding its best consumers during the celebration of the Utility Services Day and the Consumer’s Day on 15 March. Prize-winners are selected from among consumers who properly fulfil the conditions of their contracts with DTEK Energougol ENE, actively use the text control functions and the online utility services store, have no arrears in payments and systematically pay in advance, using electricity according to the declared capacity.

“This campaign is our way to thank our reliable clients and motivate other consumers to pay for the services in a timely manner. Discipline of consumers’ payments determines the company’s ability to improve electricity supply by upgrading the equipment and constructing new substations,” said Ihor Koval, General Director of DTEK Energougol ENE. “We have a system of continuous improvement of the service quality in place. Our clients can use the text message control function, online utility services store or come to our service centres where they can receive information on their account balance, pay for the services, consult customer support, or order delivery of documents.”
