Arkhenergo branch of IDGC of the North-West, JSC has approved of 2013 repair program. Power industry specialists will clear a territory equal to 1,939 and extend 80 has of forest corridors along power transmission line routes. This year they will replace 5,887 poles of 0.4–110 kV overhead lines, undertake repair of 233 10–110 kV switches and electric equipment of 137 6–10/0.4 kV transformer substations. Among the most large-scale measures is repair of “Konetsgorye” 110 kV substation transformer. Repair of the 10 kV line leading from “Voloshevskaya” substation is also scheduled. The line supplies electric energy to the Kenozero National Park included in the UNESCO World Biosphere Reserves Network. All in all, in 2013 Arkhenergo will allocate 258 mln RUR for equipment repair.
