Bank of Moscow Offers Free Statement from Pension Fund of Russia
OREANDA-NEWS. The Bank of Moscow is offering any citizen of the Russian Federation the opportunity to receive a statement on the state of their individual personal account within the system of mandatory pension insurance of the Russian Federation. The service is provided free of charge at any Bank branch.
The project is being implemented within the scope of the agreement concluded between the Pension Fund of Russia and the Bank of Moscow "On the procedure for collaborating on providing information to insured persons about the state of their individual personal accounts in electronic format" for the purpose of implementing Federal Law dated 03 December 2012 No. 242-FZ. This law expands the opportunities and means for providing information to citizens about their pension rights, focusing on supplying the information in electronic format.
The document issued reflects all the information about how much the employer has contributed towards the applicant’s future pension since the beginning of 2002. It also contains data about the total contributions received into the cumulative part of the pension; about the sum of additional insurance contributions, including ones co-financed by the state, as well as information about the management company or non-state pension fund in which, as selected by the insured person, the pension funds are accumulated.
To enjoy the service, simply visit any branch of the Bank of Moscow and sign an application to register within the information exchange system between the Pension Fund of Russia and the Bank of Moscow. In order to receive a one-off statement on-line and subsequently on a regular basis, the applicant needs to present his/her passport and mandatory pension insurance certificate.
"Thanks to the new service, any citizen of our country, whether one of our clients or just a visitor, has an opportunity to receive a statement through the Bank promptly, within ten minutes, to monitor formation of the future pension, and to control payment of insurance contributions by employers. In addition, the given service is one of the methods most in demand for insured persons to obtain information about the status of their individual personal accounts within the system of mandatory pension insurance since the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation has stopped sending out "happiness letters" in hard copy", commented Nataliya Konovalova, Vice-President and Director of the Bank of Moscow Retail Products Department.
