OREANDA-NEWS.  Today, Sergey Kogogin, General Director of OJSC KAMAZ, is taking part in the Hard Talk with CEO session which is being held on the premises of Skolkovo Foundation during the largest Russian start-up conference – Startup Village.

The conference gathered more than three thousand participants, including innovation companies, tens of venture funds, mentors, officials, journalists, business angels and institutes of development. The organizers are Skolkovo Foundation and its partners. 

Kogogin’s participation in the conference is conditioned by the well-known fact that KAMAZ supports innovations. The key issue of the Hard Talk with CEO session is a necessity to use new technologies. The issues planned for discussion on the session are all forms of innovations demanded by corporations, ways to overcome barriers for innovations, comparison of Russian start-ups with international analogs.

The co-moderators of the session are Ivan Bortnik, Executive Director of the Association of Innovative Regions of Russia; and Alexander Chernov, Vice President, External Communications and Advertising, Skolkovo Foundation. Besides Sergey Kogogin, the speakers are Anatoly Karachinsky, President, IBS Group; Mikhail Slobodin, President of IES-holding; Yulia Solovyova, CEO, Google Russia; Birger Steen, CEO, Parallels.
