OREANDA-NEWS. Within the framework of the earlier announced asset restructuring of the State Atomic Energy Corporation ROSATOM in the uranium mining segment, Vadim Jivov was assigned as the President of Uranium One Holding N.V. which will consolidate Rosatom's foreign assets at the initial stages of the nuclear fuel cycle. While remaining the President of Uranium One Inc., he will continue to ensure effective development of the company in the interests of the Russian nuclear industry.

Vladimir Verkhovtsev, the former Deputy Director General for Special Projects at JSC Atomredmetzoloto, was assigned as the Director General of JSC Atomredmetzoloto, which will concentrate on development of domestic uranium assets of the State Atomic Energy Corporation ROSATOM after the structural transformations are over. 

 Tigran Khachaturov, the former acting Director General at JSC Atomredmetzoloto (since October 2011), who carried out a series of large projects during his term, including development and successful implementation of a set of measures on achieving operating efficiency at Priargunsky Industrial Mining and Chemical Union (JSC PIMCU), commissioning of the first stage of Mine No. 8 at PIMCU, and drafting of a mid-term program on development of this asset, was assigned as the First Executive Vice President of Uranium One Holding N.V.
