OREANDA-NEWS. June 19, 2013. The Head of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) Igor Artemiev took part in a session of the Supervisory Board of “OPORA RUSSIA” National Non-Governmental Organization of Small and Medium Entrepreneurship.

Participants discussed the issues of organizing the Council work and the strategy for developing “OPORA RUSSIA”, the existing problems in supporting entrepreneurship and possibilities for major breakthroughs in this field due to mobilization and effective employment of all available resources at all levels of state administration.

“We think that every federal executive body must have a plan for cooperation with “OPORA RUSSIA”. It is necessary to help small and medium businesses use all possibilities for participating in public procurement as well as in procurement by state corporations and natural monopolies. It means stimulating entrepreneurship through demand and trillions of Rubles as support”, said Igor Artemiev.
