OREANDA-NEWS. August 06, 2013. Aleksandr Kozhevnikov has been appointed Managing Director of Blagoveshchensk Valves Plant (OJSC BVP, Blagoveshchensk, Republic of Bashkortostan, an OMK company since February 2013). Director of the Pipe Fittings and Valves Division of the United Metallurgical Company, Managing Director of OJSC Trubodetal, Igor Voronin, who used to head OJSC BVP once it joined OMK will be back to perform his principal duties.
“BVP headed by Igor Voronin has successfully started its integration into the United Metallurgical Company and a handful of new large investment projects. Aleksandr Kozhevnikov will have to continue implementing corporate strategy for further integration of the Blagoveshchensk Valves Plant into OMK and investment programs and will undoubtedly enhance company efficiency.
It is our strong conviction that the knowledge and experience of Aleksandr Vladimirovich will be conducive to successful problem solving and ensure further strengthening of BVP’s market positions as one of the leading valves producers.
