OREANDA-NEWS. August 09, 2013. Arbitration Court of St Petersburg and the Leningrad region dismissed the claim of “Lenenergo” OJSC to invalidate a decision of the Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service in the Leningrad region (Leningrad OFAS Russia) of 17th January 2013.

Leningrad OFAS Russia found that “Lenenergo” OJSC violated the antimonopoly law by specifying excessive costs of services for technological connection to an electric power network in the contract concluded with “Rappolovo” Gardeners’ Non-Commercial Partnership. The costs were calculated in breach of the correct pricing procedures.

The network organizations demanded that gardeners should pay 860,779 Rubles instead of 51,700 (550 Rubles per plot) as required by the federal law.
