OREANDA-NEWS. For the first seven months of 2013, UTair Group reports transporting a total of 5,474,262 passengers, a 16.9% increase over the same period in 2012. Passenger turnover came to 10,489,200,190 PKM, representing a 19.8% increase over the same period in 2012. Passenger turnover on international flights increased 48.6%.

Passenger load factor increased 4.6% for the reporting period, reaching a total of 77.31%. In the first seven months of 2013, UTair Group aircraft delivered 16,053.28 tons of cargo, 10 % more than for the same period in 2012.

UTair Group helicopters logged a total of 89,777 flight hours in the January-July 2013 period. For the reporting period UTair Group helicopters delivered 78,251.82 tons of cargo and transported 436,204 passengers.

Increased passenger load on UTair aircraft and improved overall passenger volume are positive growth trends reflecting the increased overall efficiency of the UTair passenger transport program aimed at creating a more competitive product.
