OREANDA-NEWS. August 16, 2013. The amendments specify some provisions of the law which, according to lawmakers, as were applied, caused troubles to concerned parties, Deputy Economy Minister Octavian Calmic says.

A necessity to introduce the amendments is determined by results of the monitoring the Economy Ministry has fulfilled to evaluate how the law was putting into practice. For example, the amendments stipulate the clear differentiation between rights and duties of enterprises that administrate industrial parks.

The amendments rule out the possibility that a conflict of interests exists between parties to a contract. The law has been proposed to be added to some new provisions to regulate the lease and alienation of assets in industrial parks in line with purpose of this or that park.
