OREANDA-NEWS. Companies CHESKA RAFINERSKA, a.s, and Transpetrol, a.s. signed Crude Oil Transportation Contract by Pipeline Druzhba for 2014.

“New contract will contribute to the crude oil supplies safety to Czech Republic”, says to the new contract Leszek Stoklosa, Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of Cheska rafinerska. “Target of the negotiation was to bring benefits to both parties, and we have succeeded. The basis for the discussion was a contract related to supplies conditions and terms for 2012, which both companies concluded this May,” adds Leszek Stoklosa.

Crude Oil Supply Contract is based on the intention to set up such process for crude oil transportation, which will cover eligible costs, which arise for company Transpetrol in connection with transportation and at the same time will provide adequate profit.

Through DruZHba pipeline system rude is transported from Russian Federation to Litvнnov refinery, belonging to company Cheska rafinerska. Part of the pipeline located on the territory of Slovakian Republic is administered by company Transpetrol.
