Moscow United Electric Grid Company (MOESK) in September of this year will open central client offices for face-to-face support of the company clients in the cities of Kashira and Bronnitsy. The office in Podolsk which is similar regarding the importance will start operations in January 2014.

Re-equipment and construction of auxiliary light offices are now also carried out in Chekhov, Serpukhov and Domodedovo. Completion of works is scheduled for the 2nd quarter of next year. All client centers will have uniform visitors reception hours, increased number of stands for face-to-face attending. The new premises will be equipped with the electronic queue system. For the convenience of applicants, the territory will have parking places, besides, entrances will be equipped with access ramps for people with reduced mobility.

The purpose of opening new offices and organization of their work on the basis of common standards is to improve quality of public services, and availability of energy infrastructure for individuals, entrepreneurs, small and medium-sized businesses.

The locations of customer service centers (CSC) in the southern Moscow Area and their number are defined on the basis of the analysis of client base subject to the development of urban infrastructure, proximity of road and rail transport interchanges.

The service area of the branch "Southern Electric Grids" (SEG) has 15 cities and more than 790 settlements. The number of residential electricity consumers in the area of SEG responsibility exceeds 213 ths., the legal entities - consumers exceeds 16 ths.

Now, the demand for connection to the electricity grid is steadily growing. For example, for the first six months of this year, the number of applications to client offices of the Southern Electric Grids, compared with the same period of the last year, has increased nearly 3 times; the number of applications for grid connection received in the first half of 2013 has become equal to the results of 2012 and amounted to 11.5 ths..

Establishment of new customer service centers, reconstruction of existing ones, and development of the correspondence form of service will make the process of connection to the power grids as convenient as possible for the population of the Moscow Region.
