Rosinter Will Open Six Stores in Pulkovo Airport
OREANDA-NEWS. Rosinter Restaurants Holding, OJSC (Rosinter, Holding), the leading casual dining restaurant chain in Russia and the CIS (MICEX-RTS ticker: ROST) announces that following a tender Rosinter Restaurants, LLC and Razvitiye ROST, LLC which are fully owned subsidiaries of the Holding, signed agreements with Northern Capital Gateway, LLC to open eight restaurants in the new centralized terminal of Pulkovo Airport.
Six restaurants by Rosinter Restaurants, LLC and two restaurants by Razvitiye ROST, LLC with a total area exceeding 1,944 sq. m. are planned to be open in 2013-2014. Expected investment is approximately 160 mln. rubles.
Rosinter Restaurants, LLC plans to open six stores with a total area of 1,344 sq. m. These include two IL Patio restaurants, Planeta Sushi, T.G.I. Friday's, American Bar & Grill and Costa Coffee.
Razvitiye ROST, LLC which has the right to develop McDonald's brand on a franchise basis in Moscow and Saint Petersburg transportation hubs, plans to open two McDonald's quick service restaurants with a total area of approximately 600 sq. m. in Pulkovo airport.
The McDonald's restaurants with approximate capacity of 45 and 132 seats will work round the clock. Over 150 residents of Saint Petersburg will be trained and afterwards work at these restaurants which will be decorated according to modern Lim Extreme design concept which is applied to McDonald's restaurants in Europe.
Currently Rosinter is operating thirteen foodservice objects in Pulkovo Airport. Following the launching of the new centralized terminal and the opening of new restaurants, Pulkovo-1 hosting eleven Rosinter current objects will be closed for reconstruction while two of our current locations operating in Pulkovo-2 will stay in operations.
