OREANDA-NEWS. December 03, 2013. The meeting of the JSC TANECO's Board of Directors was held in Nizhnekamsk (Tatarstan).

The Board of Directors approved technical, economic and financial key figures of JSC TANECO's operation for 2014. The plans for 2014 envisage that 8,000,000 tons of crude oil will be processed at the Refining and Petrochemical Plants Complex yielding competitive quality products.

Reports on the work of the Management Board and fulfillment of technical, economic and financial figures by JSC TANECO for October and the third quarter of 2013 were presented for the Board of Directors consideration. The NPiNHZ Complex processed 596,134 tons and 2,173.3 thousand tons of crude oil during the reporting periods, respectively. Based on the results of the last quarter refining depth amounted to 74 percent, while the yield of light oil products amounted to 49.4 percent.

The Board of Directors approved fulfillment of the production plan and the budget performance for the reporting period and also approved the plan of processing raw materials and the budget for December of the current year.

For successful implementation of large-scale tasks set by the Management of JSC TATNEFT the work is underway on the formation of a stable and highly professional team. Currently the workforce of NPiNHZ accounts for 2,506 persons. In the following year the Company will continue working on the formation of the personnel reserve with application of the in-house training strategy. In connection with the continued project implementation and the construction of new facilities active work is underway on selecting candidates for trades. Interaction with educational institutions of primary, secondary and higher education, cooperation with employment centers of Nizhnekamsk, Naberezhnye Chelny and Kazan has been organized to qualitatively address this problem, as well as participation in local and republican job vacancy fairs. Job offers are posted on the corporate websites of JSC TANECO and JSC TATNEFT to attract staff from different regions of Russia.

The meeting also discussed a number of other issues based on the results of JSC TANECO's activity in 2013.
