OREANDA-NEWS. December 17, 2013. SORAINEN Estonia advised SEBE, a leading Estonian bus transport enterprise, on successfully participating in a public tender by the Estonian Defence forces for the repair, maintenance, technical overhaul, painting and transportation of armoured vehicles.

For the first time in Estonia the maintenance and repair services of armoured vehicles were outsourced from the private sector as one comprehensive service package. The value of the 4-year contract is an estimated EUR 10 million and the contract may be extended for another 4-year period. By signing the contract SEBE entered a new branch of business in the defence industry.

SORAINEN participated as advisors to the client in all stages of the complex negotiated tendering process from application and qualification up to final contract negotiations as well as representing the client in dispute proceedings before the Public Procurement Review Commission.
