1. Domestic Production
Mazda's domestic production volume in the period from January through December 2013 increased 14.3% compared to the same period in 2012, due to increased production of both passenger and commercial vehicles.

Mazda's overseas production volume in the period from January through December 2013 decreased 13.4% compared to the same period in 2012, due to reduced production of both passenger and commercial vehicles.

II. Domestic Sales
Mazda's total domestic sales volume in the period from January through December 2013 increased 4.5% compared to the same period in 2012, due to increased sales of both passenger and commercial vehicles.
Mazda's registered vehicle market share was 5.2% (up 0.3 points year-on-year), with a 2.8% share of the micro-mini segment (up 0.1 points year-on-year) and a 4.2% total market share (up 0.1 points year-on-year).
