Eni Reports on Purchase of Treasury Shares

OREANDA-NEWS. During the period from March 17 to March 21, 2014, Eni acquired n. 49,307 shares for a total consideration of € 857,611.88, within the authorization to purchase treasury shares approved at Eni's Ordinary General Meeting of shareholders on 10 May 2013, previously subject to disclosure pursuant to art. 144-bis of Consob Regulation 11971/1999.

Following the purchases announced today, considering the treasury shares already held, on 21 March 2014 Eni holds n. 20,188,287 shares equal to 0.56% of the share capital.
