OREANDA-NEWS. JSC Gazprom Neft has come fifth in Russian Employers 2013, a list compiled annually by the human resources company HeadHunter and published in the newspaper Kommersant. This is the third time the company has featured in the ranking and it has consistently been rated as one of the top ten employers. JSC Gazprom Neft was in sixth position in 2012 and eighth in 2011.

The 2013 ranking included 174 companies, 66 more than in the previous year. A total of 700 companies applied to be listed. According to the selection criteria, the overall result was based on scores given by job applicants, HR specialists, and employees.

JSC Gazprom Neft Deputy CEO for Administration Vitaliy Baranov said, “The fact that, every year, JSC Gazprom Neft achieves a higher position in the ranking of the best Russian employers is an objective reflection of the company's rapid pace of development.
