OREANDA-NEWS. HRT Participates em Petróleo S.A. (the "Company" or "HRT") (BM&FBOVESPA: HRTP3, TSX-V: HRP), announces to its shareholders and to the market that, as early stated in the Minutes of the Board of Directors' Meeting, held on March 20th, the new Board deliberated on the need of increasing the number of Officers from three (3) to five (5), to strengthen activities such as Business Management, Corporate Governance and Business Development. In this regard, at the Board of Directors' Meeting that took place on the present date, Mr Eduardo Larangeira Jácome was appointed to the position of Organizational Management and Investor Relations Officer, and Mr José Carlos de Araújo Pedrosa to the position of Business Development Officer of the Company.

From this date on, Mr. Ricardo Bottas Dourado will be dedicating himself exclusively to the position of Chief Financial Officer, such a position he has been vigorously serving since June 2013, and ceases accumulating the position of HRT's Investor Relations Officer.

The Board approved the nomination of Mr Eduardo Jácome for the position of Organizational Management and Investor Relations Officer. Mr Eduardo Jácome has 40-year experience in Business Management and Human Resources, and a great part of this experience serving in managerial positions at IBM (23 years), Coca Cola Andina (3 years), Telemar/Oi (5 years) and at Cia. Brasileira de Multimídia (3.5 years). He holds a degree in Business Administration from Faculdade de Ciências Políticas e Económicas of Rio de Janeiro, and performed 50 development courses in Brazil and USA. He has served as Director at ABRH Nacional, former Member of the HR Group of American Chamber -Sâo Paulo and of the Board of ONG REFAZER.

Mr José Carlos Pedrosa, appointed to serve at the position of Business Development Officer, has been working at HRT since 2011, as President and Financial Officer of Air Amazonia, from 2011 to 2012, and as Financial Executive Manager, from 2013 at present. He has more than 25 years of professional experience, working on financial, commercial and business development areas, having worked in different sectors such as Industrial, Consumer Products, Retail, Agribusiness and Financial Services. He has served in key positions in several national and multinational companies, such as Souza Cruz, Kimberly Clark, SWM International, Costa do Sauípe, LBR - Lácteos Brasil and Universal Corporation. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Cándido Mendes, MBA from Coppead and a graduated course from Harvard Business School.

With these organizational changes, HRT reinforces itself to face the challenges going forward to pursue its consolidation and growth.
