OREANDA-NEWS. Belarus' gross domestic product (GDP) reduced by 1.6% on the year in January-February 2014 to 94.899 trillion Belarusian rubles (USD 9.654 billion at the central bank's exchange rate), an official with Belarus' National Statistics Committee told.

Industrial output in January-February 2014 decreased 5.5% on the year to Br103.621 trillion (USD 10.541 billion).

Farm output reduced 4% to Br10.172 trillion (USD 1.035 billion).

In 2013, Belarus' GDP grew 0.9% on the year to 636.8 trillion Belarusian rubles (USD 64.781 billion). The government had planned to see the GDP grow 8.5% in 2013.
