Sistema JSFC ("Sistema") (LSE: SSA), the largest publicly-traded diversified holding company in Russia and the CIS, today announces that it has received official notification from the Moscow Exchange that the Company has met the requirements for a category A2 listing on the exchange and has entered A2 with effect from April 8, 2014. Taking into account the listing reform at the Moscow Exchange, which is due to be held in June 2014, the upgrade from a category B listing to category A2 sees Sistema's shares enter into the highest Moscow Exchange quotation list.
