OREANDA-NEWS. 'Expert RA' rating agency assigned 'Bank of Settlements and Savings' creditworthiness rating A, which means high credit solvency, the second sublevel, the stable rating outlook. The stable outlook means high probability of maintaining the rating in the mid-term.

High capital adequacy, a good balance of assets and liabilities, by their maturities, in the short- and long-terms were the key factors having a positive impact on the rating.

'Expert RA' analysts note high concentration of active transactions on major credit risk items, the resource base volatility as well as the high share of doubtful debts as the key rating-restraining factors.
