High capital adequacy at the fair market value of assets, high revenues diversification and high business activity had a positive impact on 'GRAND-MARKET-F' rating.

The high debt level, the moderately low diversification of debt liabilities, low business diversification and the moderately high level of pledged assets were highlighted among the rating-restraining factors.
